Alberta Casino Advisors

In addition to being owner and operator of Alberta Casino Advisors Incorporated, Jeff provides top-notch Cash Cage Advisor and Count Room Advisor services throughout the province. Having experience in every casino in the province, Jeff has a unique experience which adds benefit to your group in operating a successful casino event. Trained and registered as a Dual-Advisor; Jeff can provide Cash Cage Advisor and Count Room Advisor services to any organization conducting a licensed casino event. If you’re not licensed yet – no fret – Jeff can help you prepare the paperwork in order to become licensed. Depending on your location – you may qualify for a licensed casino event in as little as 12 months with worse case scenario taking five years or more. Jeff would be pleased to assess your situation and give you a reasonable estimate on the wait time in your scenario.

On a personal note, Jeff has two beautiful daughters and a step-son attending university and high school. His wonderful partner Beverly works in health care with Alberta Health Services. When not assisting organizations with their casino events, Jeff likes to spend time with family and travel. Jeff volunteers for several organizations but don’t worry though he has plenty of time to provide you the top-notch service you deserve.

Donald has over 20 years experience leading and motivating volunteers, creating a positive experience for each individual and the charity group. As an AGLC registered Casino Advisor Donald strives to meet all your expectations before, during, and after your Casino Event. Before your casino, he helps you prepare your paperwork with AGLC and in planning for your volunteers. During your two-day casino event, he focuses on a positive atmosphere and professional execution to keep volunteers engaged and set your charity up for future successful casino events. After your casino, there are additional processes for AGLC reconciliation where his experience as a Casino Chairperson for non-profits will assist you in your filings. Donald’s job is to help and guide you every step of the way.

Calgary has been my home since the age of 6 months and he is proud to have worked with numerous charity organizations which make this community the best in the world. Donald chose Calgary to educate and raise his two adult sons. Alberta is a great place to work and play, and whenever he can get away to ski or hike in the mountains or travel through the prairie landscapes he is reminded of why this is home.

Donald looks forward to working with your group and supporting your revenue development so you can continue to enrich our community. Thank you for choosing me as your Casino Advisor.

What are Alberta casino advisors and why do you need them?

In Alberta, a portion of gaming revenue in registered casinos is made available for not for profit organizations (licensed groups). In order to obtain this revenue, the licensed group must provide volunteers to help conduct the gaming event, and they must hire  registered casino advisors to ensure the volunteers carry out their duties as required in the Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTCOG).

Advisors are independent contractors hired by the licensed group to assist in the conduct of the casino event. Advisors are Gaming Workers registered with the AGLC. Advisors are required to be on site at the casino continuously until the casino closes.

Alberta Casino Advisors Incorporated acts a Gaming Worker Supplier, which carries a specific registration under AGLC rules. Alberta Casino Advisors Incorporated works with numerous advisors throughout the province including the one listed on this website.
